1. What SoMeFilm does
SoMeFilm lets you rate films you have seen and receive film recommendations based on your ratings compared with other users' ratings.
2. Your account
You need an account with a verified email address to rate films and receive recommendations. You are responsible for your account activity.
By using this service you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. We process your personal data in accordance with the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR as described in those policies.
3. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully; do not attempt to disrupt it or access other users' data.
4. Film data and availability information
Film metadata, poster art, trailers and availability ("where to watch") information are provided by third-party sources, including The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Availability information may be incomplete or out of date.
5. Your data
Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the service you consent to the processing of your personal data described there, including the rights set out in the Privacy Policy.
6. Age
You must be at least the age of digital consent in your country (13 in the UK; 16 in most EU member states, some lower) to create an account, or have a parent or guardian's consent if younger.
